The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jt9 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse — creating fake accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Depositing through money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users.

Jt9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification, or failing the verification process.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Upon a voluntary self-exclusion request.
• By court order or for legal reasons.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting jt9 Support. If you have a remaining balance at the time of closure, please withdraw it beforehand.

Jt9 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or voided due to an internet connection failure.
• For issues related to third-party payment gateways (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket).
• Temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
